Algity privacy policy

Algity (formerly ReachRadar) is a reporting and content planning service operated by George Karagioules for creators and businesses. A deployment may serve a single creator or isolated customer workspaces. It shows recorded content metrics, link clicks, sign-ups and payment events with their available source evidence.

Signing in with Google

When you choose Continue with Google, Google tells Algity your name, email address and Google account ID (the openid, email and profile permissions). They are used only to create your account and sign you in.

Data from YouTube (Google)

When the creator connects their channel, Algity asks Google for read-only access (youtube.readonly and yt-analytics.readonly). It reads:

Algity never uploads, edits or deletes anything on the channel, and never receives the identity of viewers or subscribers. YouTube only reports counts.

Algity uses YouTube API Services. By using Algity you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of the data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. A workspace can also ask the channel's owner to connect the channel through a one-time link; the owner then grants the same read-only access.

The public channel preview (See your channel) uses only YouTube's public numbers, needs no sign-in, and stores nothing.

Algity's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The data is used only to show the creator their own reports and, when the creator asks Algi a question (below), to answer it. It is not sold, not used for advertising, not shared with third parties except as described for Algi, not used to train AI models, and not read by people except to operate or fix the service at the creator's request.

Customer workspaces

Commercial workspaces store the account email, a password hash (when a password is used), the Google account ID (when Google sign-in is used) and hashed session tokens. A session cookie keeps you signed in; Algity sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Algi, the assistant

Algi answers the creator's questions about their own account. Only when the creator asks a question, the question, the earlier messages of that chat, and the account numbers needed to answer it are sent to Anthropic, which runs the AI model: for example video titles, views and subscribers from YouTube, link clicks, sign-ups, sales, product names and the first names of the people involved. Email addresses are never sent. Anthropic processes this as a service provider under its commercial terms, which do not allow it to train AI models on this data. Algi can only read the account; it cannot change anything. The chat itself is kept only in the creator's browser tab.

Other data

Storage, retention and deletion

Data is stored in the creator's private Algity database on a hosting provider, protected by a password. Google and GoHighLevel access tokens are stored encrypted. Data is kept while the creator uses Algity. The creator can disconnect YouTube in Algity at any time, and anyone can revoke Algity's Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions; Algity then stops reading the channel. To delete a workspace and everything in it, or one person's data, email the address below: it is deleted within 30 days, together with everything linked to it.
